These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk 444 platform and all services, games, betting activities and related websites included within it. As a user, you are assumed to have read and understood these Terms in full.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.2 Applicable Law

2.3 Account Security

The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on tk 444 is 21 years. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not open an account or use services on tk 444:

• Anyone under the age of 21
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited
• Employees of tk 444 or their immediate family members
• Persons previously permanently banned from the platform
• Persons enrolled in Self-Exclusion

3.2 Responsible Gaming

All financial transactions on tk 444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following methods are available for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable to all methods)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks)
• Deposits must be made only from an account in your own name; deposits through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, tk 444 has the right to immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, all balances will be held.

tk 444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and complying with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable only once per account.
• If a bet placed with a bonus falls outside the bonus terms, that bet will not count towards wagering.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Using bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address or the same device is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

tk 444's VIP programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each level, calculated on the net loss for that week:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

The following rules must be strictly followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on tk 444.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors is prohibited.
• Playing using any bot, automated software or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with parties involved in determining game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Irrelevant or inappropriate behaviour towards the dealer in live casino games is not permitted.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of bets in the sports betting section depends on the rules of the relevant sport and the official result. tk 444 reserves the right to make the final decision on the following matters:

• Settlement of bets in the event of a match cancellation or postponement
• Cancellation of bets where incorrect odds were offered
• Cancellation of all related bets if evidence of match fixing or unfair influence is found

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical fault, tk 444 will determine the result based on the latest server log. Users may not claim compensation for loss of internet connection.

tk 444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering or improper financial transactions
• If it is proven that the user is under 21 years of age
• Threats, harassment or misconduct

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you may contact our support team. You should withdraw any remaining balance before closing. The Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

7.3 Refund of Deposited Funds

If an account is closed due to a breach of tk 444's policies, bonuses and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited. However, the matter of returning the remaining portion of the original deposit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8.1 Matters of Limited Liability

• Loss caused by internet connection failure or issues with the user's device
• Service disruption due to unexpected natural disasters or force majeure events
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways
• Loss of account information due to the user's own negligence
• Game outcomes, as all games are run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology

8.2 Game Errors

If a software error causes an abnormal win to be displayed, tk 444 reserves the right to void that transaction. The principle of "display error, not a real result" applies to all games.

All content on the tk 444 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the property of tk 444 or its licensed partners.

9.1 Permitted Use and Restrictions

• Downloading, reverse engineering, or modifying game software is strictly prohibited.
